Average score per night across everyone who logged it. All scales 1–10, higher = better (settled body, sound barely on the radar, in control). B = onboarding baseline.
How far people get
Members who logged each night at least once. The gap between bars is your drop-off — the product roadmap.
Proof moments & what they say
Left: "did the tone respond?" answers across all nights. Right: what bothers them most (baseline, verbatim).

Source: the challenge journal Google Sheet, read live on load. One row per app event (baseline / night check-in).
Scales: everything is 1–10 with higher = better — including intrusiveness (10 = "barely on my radar"). Repeated baseline rows are re-tunes of the sound; the first one is the true baseline.
Small numbers: with a young cohort, read direction not decimals. Averages over <5 people are noise.
